The Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) provides a recognised quality standard for residential conveyancing practices. Membership achievement establishes a level of credibility for member firms with stakeholders (regulators, lenders, insurers and consumers) based upon:

  • The integrity of the senior responsible officer and other key conveyancing staff.
  • The firm's adherence to good practice management standards.
  • Adherence to prudent and efficient conveyancing procedures through the scheme protocol.

When you are injured by someone else, it is difficult to know where to turn, who to trust and whether you are entitled to compensation. The Association of Personal Injury Lawyers has around 3,800 specialist injury lawyers, many of whom are members of a quality mark scheme. Our Managing Director Gerard Rooney is a member. Our members attend training to keep their specialist personal injury skills up-to-date. For nearly 25 years we have campaigned to improve the law for victims of injury.

Resolution Accredited Specialist Scheme is designed to help people who are facing family breakdown to make an informed choice when deciding which lawyer to appoint.
