Are you planning to purchase a property this year

Current research shows that 1 in 5 adults in the UK plan to buy a property in 2022.  Of people looking to purchase a property this year 18% are 18-34 buying their first home, 14% of people who rent are wanting to purchase their first home and 14% plan to sell and move to a new home. 

The main worry though is inflation and the rising costs of property which may delay some decisions until later in the year.
