Has anyone ever said 'without prejudice' when talking to you?

Did you know what they meant?

A conversation or written reservation ‘without prejudice’ means it isn’t an admission and/or cannot otherwise be used against someone in future dealings or litigation with any legal effect.

The purpose of communicating ‘without prejudice’ is to ensure that people can talk freely without anything they say being held against them in the future in a Court of law.

If you are involved in a legal dispute in the context of a partnership, land or boundaries, debt or employment contact us now for a ‘without prejudice’ conversation without obligation.
