Claire Brown

Claire obtained her law degree at the University of Hull and then went on to complete the Legal Practice Law at the College of Law in Chester. She qualified as a solicitor in 2015.

Claire has worked in residential conveyancing since 2014 at firms in Manchester, Altrincham and Stockport.  She has significant experience in all areas of residential conveyancing, with particular knowledge in leasehold and new build properties.

Outside of work,  Claire enjoys reading and going to the theatre. She also partakes in  mystery holidays where she doesn’t find out the destination until the day before she flies – so far, this has led to her her hiking in Cinque Terre and exploring castles in Bavaria -  and she has another one booked for the coming year.
