David is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives specialising in family law. David joined the firm in 1982 initially at the Winsford Office and transferred to Northwich in 1984 and worked there since and has continued to expand his knowledge of all thing associated with family law.
David deals with both divorce cases and also disputes between cohabiting couples. In the many years with the firm David has dealt with numerous financial claims between married and unmarried couples some involving substantial assets, businesses and inherited wealth. David has gained considerable experience of helping clients resolve disputes associated with the arrangements for their children, whether it be where they live, the extent of contact with the other parent or general parenting issues. David has also regularly advised Grandparents and on a number of occasions acted in cases with an international element including child abduction overseas.
David offers flexible appointment arrangements and will frequently accept meetings ‘after hours’ on mid-week days. Having three children of his own David knows only too well how difficult it can be to balance work and family commitments with other matters.
Outside of work David is a keen football fan and enjoys cycling and fishing.
