We have recently seen a report from a house buyer who completed his purchase of a property in January 2025.

It then came to light that a development of some 90 dwellings was proposed for a field on the edge of the village within a few hundred metres of the buyer’s new home.

He then discovered that this was a proposed site included in the local Council’s draft local plan to meet their central government house building target from February 2024.
