Last week, our Conveyancing Executive, Sue Lever, went the extra mile for her clients yet again. She managed to save a transaction from collapse and secure an exchange for her client. Her client was away on holiday and unable to arrange removals. The buyers were pushing for exchange and had threatened to pull out of the transaction completely.

To help her client save her sale, Sue contacted various removals companies for quotes and managed to find a company who could provide a van for the completion date. She booked the removals and paid their charges for her client before proceeding to exchange!
